By working together, you agree to the terms below. They’re designed to keep the process smooth, fair, and predictable for both of us.

1. Project Types

1a. Starter Website (Template Layout)
Built using a fixed layout
Your content (text, images, links) is added and styled
Includes 1 revision round after the full site is delivered
This revision can include changes to text, images, and minor adjustments
Note: Layout or structural changes are not included in this package.

1b. Custom Websites (1 Page & 5 Page)

Custom projects are completed in two stages:

Design Stage (Figma)
You’ll receive a visual design of your site before build
This is where layout, structure, and styling are refined
Revisions are expected and included at this stage

Build Stage
Once the design is approved, the site is built
You’ll receive the completed website for review
Includes 2 final revision rounds for minor tweaks

2. Revisions
A revision round means a single list of requested changes submitted at once
Small additional changes outside of revision rounds may be accommodated at my discretion.

3. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for providing text, images, and media
If content is incomplete, placeholder content may be used.
Copywriting is included if you want me to edit your text on your behalf.

4. Payments
A deposit is required to secure your project slot
Remaining balance is due before the website goes live

5. Timelines
Timelines depend on how quickly content and feedback are provided
Delays in communication may extend the project timeline

6. Scope
Work is limited to what’s agreed at the start of the project
Additional features or pages may require a separate quote

7. Ownership
Once final payment is made, the website is yours
I may showcase the work in my portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
